This discussion based supportive series is for anyone who has ever wanted to talk about the job of parenting in a small group setting with other parents. Topics covered will be tailored to the specific needs of the participants. Some examples of topics covered are: managing temper tantrums, discipline vs. punishment, parent emotions, coping with the stress, and parent self-care. The goal of this series is to provide an opportunity for parents of young children to discuss their concerns and share their successes and challenges in a safe and supportive environment.
