Join us as we explore how to navigate tantrums, meltdowns and outbursts, and how we can stay connected to our little ones through their big feelings. Together we will learn why children have tantrums, what is taking place developmentally, what happens in the brain, and what are they communicating through their behaviour. We will look at practical strategies of how to provide connection and support for our children (and for ourselves) during these challenging moments.
Technology is changing rapidly; our children are often more internet savvy than we are. It is hard to keep up, and even harder to set limits with screen time, and internet access. Join us as we explore what it's like to parent in this digital world - what actually happens to our brains when we are on our screens, how to set screen-time limits effectively, and how to turn technology into a positive parenting tool.
The Circle of Security Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how parent-child relationships can be supported & strengthened.
In this 8-week series, we will explore how to
understand your child's emotional needs
help them manage their emotions
strengthen their self esteem
honour your innate wisdom & desire for your child to be secure
