The first months and year of parenting can be an exciting and wondrous time, but it can also be a time when parents feel overwhelmed, exhausted and isolated while juggling many emotions. Come and meet other like-minded parents, have FUN, and enjoy conversations based on topics such as understanding your emotions, setting realistic expectations, parenting tips, self-care, sleep, parenting roles and more.
Pre-registration required. Some Child care spots available.
