We'll examine parenting tweens in the digital age, discuss how to navigate the challenges that come with new hormones, big emotions, social groups and self-esteem, and review ways to maintain and develop connections with your tween!

Unshackling Mom Guilt Workshop

McGill Library Community Room 4595 Albert Street, Burnaby, BC, Canada

Join us in-person at the McGill Library on Monday October 16th to discuss the often shared experience of mom guilt and ways we can be kind to ourselves throughout the many challenges of motherhood. Childcare is free for kiddos 18 mo-5 years of age on a first come, first registered basis.
